Agentropic provides a managed hosting platform for OpenClaw AI agents. Our Service includes:

• Secure, isolated container environments for AI agents
• Integration with messaging platforms (WhatsApp, Telegram, etc.)
• A web interface to manage and interact with your agent
• Infrastructure management, monitoring, and security

You provide your own API keys for AI services (Anthropic, OpenAI, etc.). We provide the infrastructure; you control the AI access.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must:

• Sign in using a valid Google account
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. API Keys and Billing

When using the Service with your own API keys:

• You are solely responsible for all charges incurred through your API keys
• We do not have access to your AI provider billing accounts
• You must comply with the terms of service of your AI provider (Anthropic, OpenAI, etc.)
• We are not liable for unexpected API costs or overages

We recommend setting up usage limits and alerts with your AI provider.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or harass others
• Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Circumvent security measures or rate limits
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, or violates third-party rights
• Use the Service for any fraudulent or deceptive purposes

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain ownership of all content you create or upload through the Service, including conversations with your AI agent.

Our Service: The Agentropic platform, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws.

OpenClaw: OpenClaw is open-source software licensed under the MIT license. Our hosting service is independent of the OpenClaw project.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may:

• Perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice when possible
• Experience unplanned outages due to technical issues
• Modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice

During the beta period, the Service is provided "as is" without uptime guarantees.

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.

Key points:

• Your AI agent runs in an isolated container
• We do not read your conversations
• We do not train AI models on your data
• API keys are encrypted at rest

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• We are not responsible for content generated by AI agents
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Agentropic from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Content generated through your AI agent
• Your violation of any third-party rights

11. Termination

By You: You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time through the settings page.

By Us: We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or for any other reason with notice when possible.

Effect: Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Your AI agent and associated data will be deleted.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by:

• Posting the updated Terms on this page
• Updating the "Last updated" date
• Sending an email notification for significant changes

Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
